Participants will be given the opportunity to discuss how success is measured within their organizations and learn how better to plan, execute, and measure program outcomes and meet stakeholder objectives. Nonprofits define success differently depending on their purpose, mission, and sector; but there are common threads that can be helpful in achieving strategic plan goals and meeting important mission objectives. Participants will leave with concrete strategies that they can adapt to fit their particular needs and goals in order to succeed.
